Can I cancel my order?

We hope that when you’re buying from Playful Minds, you never have a reason to second-guess your choices. However, if you still wish to cancel your order, we request you to please do so within 24 hours of placing the order by writing to us at support@playfulminds.ae . An order cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

Is my purchase eligible for exchange/return?

Your purchase is eligible for exchange or return only if it meets the following conditions:

  • An incorrect product has been delivered to you (i.e., the product does not match the item in the order confirmation email).
  • If the product you receive has a manufacturing defect. If you feel the product is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please photograph this as soon as you have opened the packaging and immediately share the same with our team.
    Note: Please share the pictures of the damaged product with us the same day of receiving the product.

    Please Note: Item will be considered damaged only in case the inner product has a manufacturing defect. Item will not be replaced if the box is not in mint condition.
  • If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please contact our friendly customer care team within 7 days of delivery with your Order number, Delivery address, and reason for exchange (including images).

How do I exchange/return my purchase?

  • You may contact us via email at support@playfulminds.ae or call us at +971(4)2676597 from Monday to Friday (08:30 to 18:30). We will respond within 48 working hours.
  • Please ensure that the product you return is unused, and the original tags, contents, manual, box, and packaging are intact.
  • A reverse pick-up will be scheduled within 1-2 business days.
    Please Note: The reverse shipping option is only available for certain locations. If reverse shipping is not available, you are requested to ship the product on your own within 7 days of receiving it.

  • Certain products are not subject to our return policy; this is specified directly on the product page.
  • If the packaging is tampered with or damaged before opening, please refuse to accept the package and return it to the delivery person, then immediately contact our team.
  • Playful Minds holds quality at the highest standard, but in case of any return, please reach out to us no later than 7 working days.
  • If a product is damaged or defective, we will send a brand-new replacement. If a replacement is no longer available, a full refund will be issued.

How will I receive my refund?

  • The complete amount (except for shipping charges) for all products subject to cancellation or return will be refunded to the customers.
  • Online Payments: The refund will be transferred to the original mode of payment.
  • COD Orders: Bank details will be required to initiate a refund. Refunds for COD orders are credited within 7-10 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
